I had red velvet cupcake for breakfast, which was part of the 6 that Phil got on Friday. Still delicious.
This was the breakfast I made - crepes (with whole wheat flour) with bananas and a raspberry and strawberry stew up (it had honey, cinnamon and wine)
I totally forgot to take a photo of the chicken pesto pizza and lemonade that I ingested for lunch. I must have been that hungry. It was at the Boundary Hotel in West End.
However, this was the dessert there, a lemon tart with double cream and ice cream.
I had a hot chocolate at Suburban in West End, and also half of one of Phil's profiteroles.
Dinner we tried to keep simple. A thin steak with mushroom cream sauce, fresh cucumber and some olives, and some honeyed carrots.
And dessert, we had to finish off the strawberries. There was a reason they were 59c a punnet, they were going mouldy. Again, white wine, honey, cinnamon and boiled up to a syrupy pulp. We had it over a caramel ice cream.
