Breakfast commences with chinese tea, christmas pudding (yes, already) followed by french toast with raspberry and banana topping. I made it with honey and cinnamon and wine.
Oh, a light snack of chocolate.
When Phil got home I had just finished making pasta. Lucky timing!
Polished off the leftover macarons.
We tried to make chocolate paddle pops but they had a freezing issue. So no ice cream yet.
Ate more bananas.
Sunflower seeds.
Dinner, looks appealing right? Well, it was ok. I stir fried a bunch of old vegs in the fridge and a lamb chop. Trying to use up all the veg we have.
Dessert was poached nectarines and peaches, also a week old, in a sherry, butter, cinnamon and nutmeg sauce and burnt fig ice cream by Maggie Beer.
