A fruit salad of watermelon, melon, banana, apple and kiwi.
Soup with seaweed, chicken, carrots and cabbage. This was at the Joyful Inn restaurant.
Main course with sweet and sour pork, beef and vege, stewed beef brisket and garlic prawns.
Oranges to finish off.
Then at home I made stewed apples - 4 small apples with sherry, cinnamon, nutmeg, honey and olive oil.
