Thursday fare













Wednesday Food

Coffee, choc covered goji, dried cranberries as a starter. I was so hungry when I got to work!

Then I ate all 3 bananas, which were probably the size of a normal Cavendish.

I had 5 Ryvita with butter and jam, but I decided to throw away the cheese.

This was the fish from 2 dinners ago. I ate the fish and tomatoes but decided to turf the wilted salad. The fish by now, after being microwaved, was about the texture of boot leather.

More coffee

2 macarons that I made from Zumbo packet mix. I had them with a cup of tea.

Came home and made a lemon ginger drink with honey.


Snacked on a handful of sunflower seeds.

This is my new ice cream maker! Gave it a try today.

This was made with chocolate powder, cream, milk and 100s and 1000s. 

Dinner was roast chicken, gravy and roast potato, sweet potato, carrot and garlic

I had 1 macaron and let Phil have the other

Tuesday meals

The day began modestly enough with instant coffee.

But then a colleague dropped these off. They were tough to get through. Really hard.

Chinese tea for a change.

Lunch was mashed potato and brussel sprouts. They were left over from some other dinner.

the last 2 Guylians.

Had two of the macarons I made last night from the Zumbo packet mix!

2 packets of mini Cheezels in the late afternoon.

Chocolate coated goji berries after that. Hey, they are big on antioxidants!

Ryvitas, dry, yeah that is right. No topping. And more tea.

I had the last of the lime and ginger cheesecake when I got home.

Then Phil broke out the Camembert and crackers.

I had a mug of hot chocolate.

Then a lady finger banana.

And this was dinner. Roasted spiced pork fillet with kipfler potatoes that have a mustard and brown sugar toffee, mustard sauce, cherry tomatoes.

Seared tuna and salad for dinner

Damaged macarons. They stuck to the paper so I had to take care of them.
