Saturday foods

World's best breakfast. Shortbread. Lol.

I met up with a friend in town and had a lunch of mineral water, cake and pie. See pie below. Burgandy beef pie. The cake is a flourless orange and cherry cake.

Had ginger cordial at home, very refreshing in the hot weather.

A snack of cheese and crackers.

Went out with the folks to Taste Gallery at Sunnybank. This is cold sliced beef.

These are the other entrees, the flat cake is a fried pancake filled with pork floss. The buns have beef. Pan stickers.

Small soup filled pork dumplings.

Curry goat.

Fried rice

Raspberry chocolate mousse cake

Friday foods

Was not so good with taking photos today and seemed to have forgotten after I left work.
Here is breakfast - instant coffee and a banana.

One of the team brought in morning tea - cheese and crackers, sausage rolls, mini pies... rum balls were an offering from someone else.

And lo and behold another team member came in later with these.

CHocolates as well. It was a great free food day.

I had two apples to compensate. :)

Then some herbal tea in the afternoon.

Dinner was at Joyful Inn where we had stir fry vege, a duck with mushrooms and rainbow beef and rice. Also went to an art show and they had cheese and crackers there with quince paste.

Meals on Tuesday

Oh, what a day of food...
I made lemon whoopie pies last night but cheated on the filling buy buying commercial lemon curd and using whipped cream. Also, who knew that you can't whip cream using a bar mix? I bar mixed for 5 minutes then had to swap to the egg beater. So here is my breakfast, lemon whoopie pie and tea.

Here's a close up.

Someone else at work was handing these out, so of course I ate them too.

Oh yes, fruit for the day. I love you, fruit.

Then it was time for another cup of English Breakfast Tea. How come they have Breakfast Teas and Afternoon Teas... but don't make some "all day
 or "any other time" teas?

Paw paw, mango and a berry yogurt at lunch time.

And instant coffee.

One more whoopie pie when I got home.

Camembert on crackers.

Beetroot and sweet potato chips.

This was dinner, cooked by moi. Steak with bok choy, mushrooms, onion and a side salad. Phil made the salad last night.

Monday foods

Fruit time... I think this is going to be a regular this week since we bought a kilo of apples and bananas on Sunday.

Mango, strawberry yoghurt and instant coffee.

My lunch was leftover mash, and leftover pork and stir fried veges. Roast veg as well.

Chocolate treat.

Had some cookies at home. They have a hazelnut filling.

Camembert on crackers.

Ginger cordial

Dinner was made by Phil - Chop with brussell sprouts, salad and mushroom sauce.

I made lemon whoopie pies, so we taste tested them for dessert.
